From textbook theories to the production frontlines, from campus classrooms to the cutting edge of industry.
Recently, over thirty students from Changzhou Institute of Mechatronic Technology, contemplating their professional futures, stepped into Alawk. This was a meticulously designed "Journey of Foresight," aimed at allowing the students to personally feel the pulse of the digital era, understand how each "data vessel" is meticulously forged, and illuminate their own professional course through dialogues with industry leader.
On the 19th, the students arrived punctually at Alawk's comprehensive administration building. Here, the entire group of teachers and students took their first group photo, filled with smiles. With the "click" of the camera, what was captured was not only the curiosity and anticipation of their first encounter but also the prelude to a connection between campus and industry, the present and the future.
Guided by the workshop supervisor, the students entered the high-speed cable production workshop—the core destination of their journey. Here, the very air seemed to carry the meticulous nature of precision manufacturing. What is being crafted here is not just cables, but the very "information superhighways" that power AI computing.
Understanding work also requires experiencing life. Subsequently, the students toured the company's employee dormitories and living areas. Alawk firmly believes that only with stable housing can one focus wholeheartedly on work—a people-oriented philosophy. This emphasis on employee well-being allowed the students to feel the warm, human-centric core of the enterprise and sparked a tangible anticipation for their future professional living environments
The highlight of the afternoon was a sharing session by Liu Yan, General Manager of Alawk, during which a vivid and multi-dimensional personal and corporate "evolutionary history" gradually unfolded before everyone’s eyes.
Stories of weathering cycles are always about "turning points."
From traditional wired technology to wireless Bluetooth earphones, and from consumer electronics to high-speed cables—once the direction is clear, one must dare to let go of existing advantages to create new growth opportunities.
Her story holds no miracles, only a series of deliberate choices: choosing to learn at every seeming dead end, and choosing transformation during every period of calm.
Alawk also hopes that the new generation of technology pioneers will carry forward the spirit of staying grounded while aiming for the stars. May starlight guide the way forward, and may deep roots in practical soil nurture growth—so that every steadfast step leads toward a more brilliant galaxy of technology!
After the collision of ideas came practical choices. Following the sharing session, the students participated in group interviews. This was not a rigorous assessment but rather an in-depth, two-way dialogue. Across the interview tables were youthful yet determined faces, and within the conversations lay the initial alignment of dreams with opportunities.
The doors of Alawk are always open to young talents who carry dreams in their hearts and keep their feet firmly on the ground. We look forward to meeting you again in the near future—not just for a visit, but to strive together toward shared endeavors!
